Japanese Dish, Tofu recipes-Wa-Fu Mabo Tofu Don

Mabo Tofu is originally from China. One of the popular dishes recognized in whole world around. Not to mention, in Japan, we enjoy this dish not just at the restaurants but we actually make it ourselves at home with a little Japanse style arrangement.  My mom used make this dish often when I was a little boy. Because my brother and I were still small, we couldn’t eat much of spicy food. Not a big deal for very experienced mom. She arranged seasoning, make into more like Japanese style. Adding soy sauce and mirin can make much milder Mabo Tofu. She also crushed the tofu on purpose so we don’t get burned with scalding tofu when putting into the mouths. This time with this recipe, I made Don-buri style Mabo Tofu. When you want to have a quick lunch, this is very suitable. If you like it spicy, you can go ahead and add some spicy bean sauce. Either way, I’m very sure, you will love this!! ( ´ ▽ ` )ノ
