Sandwich recipes-Fish-katsu Sandwich

Katsu doesn’t always have to be deep fried. It can also be cooked in the oven! I often use this method to make a low calorie katsu food. Because the breadcrumbs is pre roasted with some herb and spices, katsu itself becomes very crispy and aromatic!
