Avocado recipes-Maguro Avocado Boat

Here’s one easy & healthy dish you can try! Avocados is rich in nutritious. It’s categorized as one of superfood. This time I mixed with tuna so it can be well balanced food. I have arranged in bit of Southeast Asian cuisine style with touch of fish sauce, cilantro and chili pepper. It can give a nice kick to your boring breakfast! (๑•̀ㅂ•́)و✧

[ Ingredients ] *tsp=tea spoon tbs=table spoon
~ serves two ~
[ 2人份 ]
1 Avocado
1/2 tsp Lemon juice
80g Canned Tuna
4 Mini tomatoes
1/8 Red onion
1 stalk Cilantro
1/2 Chili pepper
Salt & Black pepper to taste
2 tsp Fish sauce
1 tsp Sugar
2 tsp Yogurt
1/4 tsp Chili powder

[ Directions ]

1. Spoon out avocado with a small spoon.

2. Squeeze in some lemon juice to prevent discoloration.

3. Cut cherry tomatoes into small pieces.

4. Chop cilantro.

5. Slice red onion.

If you want to remove onion sharpness, you can soak in water for a few minutes.

6. Add the sliced onion to avocado.

7. This time I used boiled low calorie tuna!

8. Squeeze out excess oil.

9. Add the tuna into the bowl.

10. Add the tomato, cilantro and chopped chili pepper.

11. Add fish sauce, sugar, salt, black pepper and yogurt.

You can use soy sauce instead of fish sauce.

12. Mix well and put back into avocado!

It can be served as sandwich filling or put some cheese and bake it!(˃̵ᴗ˂̵)و
