Pork recipes-Yakiniku Style Ginger Pork/Shogayaki

 Introducing super easy handy and tasty Yakiniku dish! This time I used one of my favorite marinade ginger & soy sauce! Once you prepare a big batch, you can stock in the freezer. It can be used not just for one plate meal, it can be served as Don-buri or filled in a bun or packed into your bento~!

[ Ingredients ] *tsp=tea spoon tbs=table spoon
~ serves four ~
200g Sliced pork
3 tbs Soy sauce
2 tbs Mirin
3 tbs Sake
2 tsp Ginger paste

1/4 Onion
1/4 White sesame

[ Directions ]

1. Combine all seasonings listed above.

2. Add ginger paste.

To give another layer of flavor, you can add garlic paste as well!

3. Add sliced pork into the marinade.

4. This time I prepared four servings. Put two servings in a ziplock.

You can make many bags of marinated meat. It becomes very handy when you prepare quick meal or bento!

5. Make sure to keep in flat shape when you place in the freezer so it can thaw quickly.

It can be stored in the freezer for 2~3 weeks.

6. Slice onion.

7. Slice carrot.

You can add more vegetables such as bean sprouts, cabbage and so on!

8. Heat a fry pan on medium heat, add 1/2 tsp vegetable oil. Add onion.

9. Add carrot, keep stir frying until translucent.

10. Add the marinated pork, spread each slice evenly. Stir fry until the meat gets cooked over medium high heat.

Using high heat can lightly sear the meat and that gives Yakiniku-like flavor!!

You can serve with shredded cabbage
or directly put on steamed rice to make Don-buri!!(˃̵ᴗ˂̵)و
