Dessert recipes-Easy Chocolate Decoration

Here’ super easy way to make decorative chocolate. It doesn’t require tempering. Simply melt it, squeeze it and set it! Store these in your fridge, you can use them anytime you want. It’s very useful especially when you feel like adding another fancy decoration onto your cake!

[ Ingredients ] *tsp=tea spoon tbs=table spoon

any type of chocolate



[ Directions ]

1. Cut your favorite chocolate into small chunk.

2. Melt the chocolate in a bain marie.

3. Cut parchment paper into a triangle and roll into a cone shape.

4. Fold in the end so it won’t come lose easily while squeezing.

5. Make sure the chocolate has melted thoroughly without any chunks left.

6. Fill the chocolate into the parchment icing bag.

7. Trim the tip with scissor or knife.

8. Now you can squeeze on parchment paper in any pattern you like!

9. Place in the fridge to allow chocolate to set.
Now you have beautiful decorative chocolate!!
