Japanse dish-Low-cal Tonkatsu with Sauerkraut Filling


[ Makes two ]
16~20 slices Pork
5~6 leaves Cabbage
100g Shimeji mushrooms
2~3 tbs White wine vinegar
1/4 or more tsp Salt
1 tsp Sugar
1/4 tsp Cumin seeds
1 Egg
1/2 cup All purpose flour
1 cup Breadcrumbs
1/4 tsp black papper
Salt to taste
